Culinary Internships & Stages  

Sunny's Seafood offers culinary internships for future chefs who are enrolled in a recognized culinary arts program.  As a participant, you will gain first-hand experience in the seafood industry by working with our production staff.  You will have the opportunity to learn the art of high-yield cutting, proper seafood handling techniques, and valuable seafood sourcing experience.  Email steve@sunnysboston.com to express an interest in the program.    

We also offer a limited number of one week stages throughout the year.  If you are a chef and would like to hone your seafood skills or are interested in exposing your cooks to high-yield cutting, please speak with your salesperson to schedule a session.
